I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in January and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with attention to detail that was much appreciated. I was particularly impressed with the large and comfortable bed, providing a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. As mentioned in one of the reviews, they even arranged external laundry service, which was a great convenience. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection of options to start the day off right.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous at all times, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel provides round-the-clock free food at the restaurant, including supper between 6-10pm. Additionally, our room was immaculately clean and exceedingly comfortable. We were very impressed by the hotel's location, which was in close proximity to both night markets and downtown shopping districts, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. the breakfast and dinner spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. the room was cozy and well-maintained. It is conveniently located near a shopping mall and the metro station. the staff was courteous and helpful, making us feel like we were royalty. the free bike rentals came in handy for sightseeing around the city.

The lack of amenities in the bathroom, such as a facial tissue and a face towel. the rooms facing the street were quite noisy, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel lacks a view or any outdoor space to relax in.

The hotel provided a great breakfast selection and the coffee was delicious. The location was very convenient and close to the shopping district and night markets. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The parking was difficult to navigate and not very convenient.
